Home Care Assistant - Flexible shifts, guaranteed hours, no experience needed, apply today!

Location: Across Dronfield and surrounding areas

Salary: £14.02 per hour, £14.65 evenings and weekends, £17.59 per hour.

About the Role

• Provide person centred care to older adults across Chesterfield and surrounding areas, helping them regain independence in their own homes.
• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed - full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: Community based role; a full UK driving licence, personal car and business insurance are essential.
• Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK; no sponsorship available.
• Ability to work alternate weekends and shifts including 7am 2pm or 3pm 10pm.

Qualifications and Experience

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those with experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, HCA, or in the NHS. Those without experience will receive full training.
