Cross-Border M&A & Private Equity Corporate Associate

An international law firm with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa is recruiting for a Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join its corporate team in London.

You will work alongside seasoned M&A lawyers to advise clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, reorganisations, joint ventures and governance. The role offers a strong remuneration package and exposure to cross-border deals.
