Crop Genomics & Variation Team Lead

EMBL-EBI, Hinxton, United Kingdom, invites applications for the Plant Genomics and Variation Team Leader. You will steer a multidisciplinary team and drive the Ensembl plant and invertebrate resources, plus the EVA, shaping data resources and community standards across worldwide collaborators.

The role reports to the Genome Assembly and Annotation leadership and requires a PhD with extensive experience in plant genomics, variation data handling, and leadership in international consortia.
