CRM Support Engineer

Permanent | Northampton, Hybrid (2-3 days on-site) | Up to £45,000 per annum

Our leading client is looking to onboard a CRM Support Engineer into their team on a permanent basis. The right candidate will Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across the orgnisations CRM, along with systems configuration and the opportunity to gain exposure to low-code Scripting and automation development work

Required Experience:

• Familiarity with SaaS CRM platforms - Zoho CRM experience preferred, but knowledge of similar systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot is also beneficial.
• Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
• Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business

Experience:

• Ideally 2+ Years supporting Microsoft Applications and SaaS CRM Software (Zoho CRM desirable).
