Job Description

Our client is a UK-based business transforming how the contingent workforce is supported - blending trusted payroll and compliance services with cutting-edge technology to power the gig and contractor economy. We partner with recruitment agencies and businesses across sectors including construction, healthcare, education, and logistics, providing reliable, scalable support through a mix of automation, human empathy, and service excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design and build complex Power Automate flows and model-driven apps.
  • Define schema and relationships for new lifecycle stages (e.g., Referral Onboarding).
  • Integrate with external systems via approved connectors only (no direct Logic App builds).
  • Build and maintain internal dashboards (Power BI, App Insights views).
  • Enforce compliance with engineering playbook standards (restart able, observable, traceable).
  • Liaise with Darwin for handoffs requiring Azure orchestration.
  • Configure entities, forms, and views within Dynamics 365.
  • Manage Power Automate flows triggered from inside D365.
  • Support Power Apps / Portal components (e.g., onboarding dashboards).
  • Perform small data updates and maintain Dataverse consistency.
  • Handle slice documentation, Data I/O mapping, and UAT logs.
  • 2-4 years working with Dynamics 365 in a support/admin/configuration role.
  • Experience in configuring CRM entities, forms, field logic, and security roles.
  • Exposure to Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI (at least at user level).
  • MB 910: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
  • PL 200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Nice-to-have / Advantageous Skills:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering or related
  • Awareness of Azure Logic Apps or SQL-based systems is a plus, but not essential.
  • PL 400: Power Platform Developer Associate (or interest in pursuing advanced Power Platform skills) is an advantage
