CRM Operations Lead: Scale Email for Multi-Brand Platforms

Dwelly is seeking a CRM & Email Marketing Manager to own landlord and tenant communications across a growing portfolio of agency brands. This CRM-first role focuses on high-volume email communications, audience segmentation, and scalable templates to onboard new acquisitions quickly and consistently.

You will manage the Mailchimp database, automate workflows with Zapier and AI tools, and help ensure messages are timely, on-brand, and effective across multiple brands.
