London (3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home)
Contract - Via Umbrella company

Key Responsibilities of the CRM Marketing Manager:

  • Oversee the seamless migration of the company's marketing platform to ensure a smooth transition
  • Develop and implement innovative CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Manage and optimise customer journeys, ensuring a consistent and personalised experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with the company's overall business objectives
  • Analyse customer data and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Marketing Manager or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience in CRM roles and experience with Braze.
  • Expertise in marketing platform migration and CRM strategy development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • You may have experience working within Retail industry or similar.
