CRM Executive (12 month FTC)

Overview

CRM Executive role on a 12-month FTC, at this growing tech driven law firm, London based, hybrid working.

This growing UK law firm, with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial culture, is looking for a CRM Executive with InterAction experience on a 12-month FTC. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology and Business Development, to support data-driven growth and contribute to product-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the DCM inbox and ensure accuracy of data
• Run searches to segment contacts and update InterAction lists
• Track performance and generate reports using Power BI
• Provide ad hoc training to internal stakeholders in the business

Qualifications

• InterAction experience
• Experience in professional services
• London-based or eligible to work in the UK (as described in the role)
