We are looking for a marketing guru with a CRM background to join us as a CRM Campaign Executive. Ideally, you will have experience with Adobe Campaign. This role is hybrid, with 3 days at the office and 2 remote if desired.

The Team:This role sits within the newspaper Marketing team, part of the wider Customer Revenue Team. While physical newspapers are still key to our business, driving digital subscriptions and audiences is crucial for future success. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to creating long-term loyal customers through engagement, improved customer experience, and innovative products that meet evolving needs.
Your role:Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for delivering small to medium-sized CRM campaigns. You should have a passion for data, a can-do attitude, and an eye for detail, capable of managing and prioritizing workloads in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:- Building basic BAU, single touchpoint, and ad hoc campaigns
- Building and proofing CRM creative deliveries and templates across all channels
- Using and managing self-serve drag-and-drop workflow capabilities to deploy campaign communications
- Providing campaign waterfall counts
- Preparing campaign execution documentation
- Supporting the Senior Campaign Manager with larger campaign delivery
- Experience using CRM marketing platforms
- Comfort with SQL databases such as Google BigQuery, Oracle, or Amazon Redshift
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
- Good communication skills
We offer flexible working, with a minimum of three days in the office per week. The remaining two days can be remote if desired.
