CRM Assistant: Email Marketing & Insights

Frasers Group is looking for a CRM Assistant to support the CRM team in managing customer relationships across multiple brands. You will work with email and mobile campaigns, handle data management, and provide insights to improve engagement and business performance.

You will collaborate with design for creative assets, build and test emails, and help measure campaign effectiveness. Excellent communication and a proactive learn and adapt attitude are essential.
