A leading hospitality company in Greater London is seeking a strategic professional to lead the CRM development and implementation for a new Mayfair destination. The role involves working closely with the Club Director during the pre-opening phase to define CRM features and oversee the implementation. Post-launch, you will manage the CRM system and support the Membership team to ensure a seamless experience for members.
