CRM & Lifecycle Lead: Onboarding, Retention & Loyalty

Pizza Hut is seeking a CRM & Customer Lifecycle Manager in London to set CRM strategy and own post-purchase communications. You will design onboarding, retention, reactivation and loyalty programmes, decide message timing, and measure impact on purchase frequency and customer lifetime value.

You will manage the CRM & Marketing Coordinator and collaborate with Paid Media, Digital Experience, Data & Analytics, Commercial Finance and the Global D&T team.
