Crisis Resolution Mental Health Practitioner

NHS is seeking a Band 5 Mental Health Practitioner for the North Devon Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Teams. You will provide essential mental health assessments and interventions, ensuring timely response to individuals in crisis.

This role requires excellent clinical assessment skills and the ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 rota. The successful candidate will promote recovery-focused and trauma-informed approaches while working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
