Criminal Solicitor - Civil Liberties Defense, Higher Rights

Birnberg Peirce Ltd in London is recruiting a Criminal Solicitor to join a close-knit team of experienced defence solicitors. Your work would involve preparation and representation of cases in police stations, and Magistrates' and Crown courts across a wide range of offences.

You would often attend Crown court hearings with Counsel when appropriate. If you have Higher Rights, advocacy would constitute a further aspect of the work - in pre-trial hearings and in trials if appropriately qualified,
