Position DetailsCriminal Justice Team Leader - Full Time, Permanent
Location: Claverings Centre, N9 0AH (On-site only, no hybrid option)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Role OverviewThe Criminal Justice Team Leader will oversee and develop a team of recovery workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a positive work environment. You will support the Criminal Justice Manager in developing and monitoring processes, systems, and performance indicators, with opportunities for line management and staff development.
At interview, candidates will be asked to deliver a 10-minute presentation on 'Continuity of Care.'
Candidate Requirements- Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma
- Experience managing a team (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in drug and alcohol services (highly desirable)
- Experience supervising staff and providing support and guidance
- Familiarity with the criminal justice system (advantageous but not essential)
