Job Description
Job Details: Criminal Justice Team Leader

Waythrough, launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship, is committed to breaking down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live fulfilling lives. We address poverty and disadvantage through services in mental health, substance misuse, housing, and related support.

With nearly 200 services across England, and approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers, we support around 125,000 people annually.

As we integrate our systems and processes post-merger, some job postings still carry the 'Humankind' branding. Our recruitment systems will be fully unified next year.
