Criminal Justice Recovery Navigator

Recovery Focus is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Worker to support individuals across Islington, London, as part of our treatment teams. You will help develop recovery plans, provide tailored interventions, and coordinate care across probation, prisons, courts and police settings.

The role emphasizes holistic, trauma informed, person centred practice, working collaboratively with partners to achieve meaningful outcomes for people with complex needs.
