Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote cricket at the grassroots level.
- Organize and oversee cricket development programs and initiatives.
- Work closely with schools, clubs, and other organizations to increase participation in cricket.
- Identify and nurture talented young players to support their progression in the sport.
- Collaborate with coaching staff to deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in the organization of cricket tournaments and events.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of cricket development activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cricket development.
- Passion for cricket and a strong understanding of the game.
- Previous experience in cricket coaching or development roles.
