Crewing Co-ordinator

The Crewing Team is a fast paced and challenging environment where no two days are the same. It is a problem solving Team at the heart of the busy day to day operation that constantly monitors over 3000 Crew members' rosters across our 13 UK bases as well as overseas operations.

We're looking to hire a Crewing Controller to join our Crewing Department, based at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport.

This role will work across a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off. This role is a fixed-term position for 12 months

Reporting to the Crewing Duty Manager, our Crewing Controller will be responsible for the effective resource management of all Crew across the 's flying programme.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring the optimum utilisation of manpower across our Cabin Crew and Flight Deck teams, ensuring that all changes are made in accordance with CAA & rules and regulations.
• Required to quickly, calmly and effectively communicate with Crew and other operational Teams within the business, often in pressurised situations.
• Sharing your knowledge and experience through coaching the Crewing Co-ordinators, playing a vital role in the overall success of Team.

What you'll have:

• You will already have Crewing or Rostering experience and thrive in a fast paced and demanding customer service environment.
• Have an analytical approach to all you do with fast and effective problem solving ability.
• Have good financial awareness and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage your own workload in a demanding environment.
• Coaching or supervisory experience would be an advantage for this position.
