Requirements

Availability to work weekdays and weekends across early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face to face verbal communication, and eye contact. Ability to maintain high energy while working efficiently.

Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will prepare food, serve on the till, and work in the dining areas to meet customer needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines, and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member.
