Crew Manager, Fire Control & Mobilisation Lead

National Fire Chiefs Council Limited is seeking a Control Crew Manager for Essex County Fire and Rescue Service. You will provide leadership and supervision to a watch of control staff, ensuring high standards and professional delivery of 999 call handling and mobilisation.

You will deputise for the Watch Manager when required, promote service values, and drive continuous improvement across the control team in a full-time, on-site role in Essex.
