Credit Risk Manager - Large Exposures & AI Innovation

Pliant is hiring a Credit Risk Manager to own risk assessment for EEA and UK SME and corporate clients. You will manage a book of large exposures, improve standards, documentation and the tech stack, and work with Sales, Legal, Operations, Product, Data and Risk teams.

You will collaborate with our leadership team to ensure sound risk decisions and scalable processes, including AI-enabled improvements, while maintaining strong communication across stakeholders.
