In your contribution to the company, as a Sales Manager in Credit Insurance at AXA, you actively contribute to securing the growth of our clients and sustainably strengthening our position in the Swiss market by developing and retaining a portfolio of key accounts in credit insurance. You analyze the needs of your prospects and clients and structure tailored coverage solutions adapted to commercial challenges. You negotiate with high-level decision-makers and identify new growth opportunities. You maintain solid relationships with brokers and work closely with our underwriting and risk teams to provide effective and competitive solutions.Your skills and talentsYou possess a commercial background complemented by confirmed experience in the insurance, finance, or risk management sector, or you have solid sales experience in a similar field. You have a good understanding of the commercial and economic challenges related to trade, a sharp commercial sense, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to work autonomously while confidently navigating a demanding environment.
