Credit Hire Paralegal - Fast-Track Motor Claims

Weightmans in Liverpool is seeking a Paralegal to support and ultimately manage a caseload of credit hire motor claims within the firm's busy Motor team. The role suits a proactive professional with a genuine interest in motor litigation and a willingness to take on increasing responsibility.

You will review liability and quantum, instruct investigators and Counsel, handle Part 35 and Part 36 processes, and ensure compliance with client SLAs, internal procedures and data protection rules.
