Credit Controller - Portadown - Bassetts

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.
• Ensuring systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain an accurate account history.
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Identifying and actively driving query resolutions and credit disputes.
• Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and minimise credit and debt risk across the customer portfolio.
• Attending internal or external meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Credit Control position.
• The ability to communicate with customers and internal employees at all levels.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to daily role duties.
• MS Office skills.

Employment

This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 08:00am to 5.00pm.
