Credit & Restructuring Tax Director - Lead Complex Deals

Ambition is seeking a Director for its Credit & Restructuring Tax practice in the UK. You will lead client engagements across credit, restructurings and financing transactions, advising funds, lenders and borrowers with a strong focus on delivering integrated tax solutions.

The role requires a high level of technical tax knowledge, commercial acumen and the ability to manage senior client relationships while mentoring teams and driving business development across the UK and international
