Credit Analyst - Subsidiary Lending Group

Job Title: Credit Analyst I

Location: London

Responsibilities

• Independent administration of a client portfolio facilitating credit for local subsidiaries of multinational clients.
• Facilitate the preparation, negotiation and completion of credit documents and loan agreements.
• Maintain direct interface with global credit teams, local subsidiary banking teams and external clients.
• Drive completion of credit deals in a timely manner.
• Help manage and adhere to the local Legal Entity approval and booking process, coordinating with Tax, Legal, Finance, Compliance and local Management teams where required.

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent with a track record of relevant experience.
• Credit background with knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
• Experience interpreting loan agreements and related documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Team player, results oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to actively manage risk.
