Creche Manager

Manager to lead our early years service. This is a key leadership role involving the day-to-day management of the creche, with a strong focus on delivering a high standard of care and education in line with Aistear and Siolta frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong management, leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Experience in operations, customer service, education, healthcare, hospitality, or similar sectors welcomed

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the creche.
• Lead, support and manage staff.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety and organisation.
• Build positive relationships with parents, children and staff.
• Manage administrative duties, scheduling, policies and compliance requirements.
