About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing, social-first agency working with creators across international markets. You'll sit at the centre of creator success - managing relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is part relationship manager, part operator, and part problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding of creators.
• Act as the main point of contact for creator communication.
• Manage ongoing relationships and conduct weekly check ins.
• Coordinate across internal teams to keep delivery on track.
• Spot and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Report on creator performance, sentiment, and overall health.
