Job title: Creator Manager, Atlantic Records The Creator Manager will strategise and execute creator partnerships across an assigned roster of artists. You will be able to activate quickly, with a clear understanding of how to move artist content and music through short-form environments to positively affect awareness, consumption, and fandom. You will have an ever-evolving black book of target creators, third-party pages, and agencies across all genres and areas of interest. Responsibilities Lead on creator partnership campaigns for assigned projects, managing on-platform cultural dissemination of our artists music and content. Work closely with Audience, Marketing, and central Data teams to devise best-in-class creator activations and strategies. Grow a vast & segmented database of creators, meme pages, third-party channels, and influencer agencies, across all genres and interestareas, and regularly seek out new influencers to work with. Proficiently read and translate relevant data into actionable insight, reporting back to the team and inform further creator strategy. Work closely with the AMG Creator team to have maximum global impact with creator budget.Key Requirements (required skills, qualifications & experience) Deep understanding of social video, prolific creators and current trends. Key requirements Experience in devising and executing creator campaigns in the Entertainment space, preferably with Music Industry experience. Skilled in ideating creative briefs for short-form creator content, based on goals bespoke to each artist and each campaign. Experienced in monitoring, reporting, and re-evaluating campaigns with agility for the best possible outcome. Proactive, curious, and meticulous when it comes to seeking out trends and opportunities. Exceptional communication skills with an understanding of tone and voice appropriate for different artists, platforms, and audiences.This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office.
