Job Description

We're looking for a brilliant Creative Video Producer to help make thumb-stopping video content: fast-paced edits, story-led shoots, Reels that hook you in the first second, and videos that make even the driest finance topics feel fresh, fun and worth sharing.

So we're after a sharp creative mind with big ideas and the hands-on skills to bring them to life - camera, lighting, editing, sound, storytelling. Someone ambitious who's not just chasing likes, but chasing great work.

This can be a full-time or part-time role.

The role
You'll sit in our in-house creative Brand Team, working closely with our designers, copywriters and performance marketers to make videos that land across social, CRM, in app maybe even a billboard or two.

You'll have creative freedom, kit and time to make standout work. One day you might be filming in the office, the next you're storyboarding a campaign or editing something funny and smart about ISAs (yes, it's possible).

This is a key role in one of the UK's fastest-growing fintechs, shaping not just what Chip looks and sounds like, but how people feel about money.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Filming and editing scroll-stopping video content, from ideation to final cut
  • Coming up with original ideas for content - then making them happen
  • Creating a variety of assets, from 15-second Reels to 5-minute explainers
  • Collaborating with the Brand and Growth teams to make sure every frame ladders up to a smart strategy
  • Keeping up with trends, formats and platforms - and putting your own spin on them

What we're looking for:

  • A strong reel/portfolio of previous video work (please share it!)
  • Filming and editing experience, ideally with Sony DSLRs
  • A fast mover - able to shoot, edit and ship content quickly without compromising on quality
  • Someone with a great eye and attention to detail, but who knows when to prioritise pace over perfection
  • A good communicator who's comfortable working across teams and briefs
  • Confident using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Audition
  • Bonus if you're into fintech or finance, but not essential

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
