WHO WE ARE

Who are we? It's simple really. We are a creative communications agency with the spirit and passion of a boutique and the rock-like support of the world's biggest advertising network. We explore strange new worlds, seek out new life forms and boldly go where no one has gone before in the dogged pursuit of compelling and impactful work which transforms the brands in our care.

Working with us is a little like taking a journey into the unknown - with a massive safety net around you. We encourage an entrepreneurial approach in all that we do and believe that the best ideas can come from anyone - and anywhere. We'll give you the tools and the support you need to build your career and only ask that you bring us your passion, commitment and energy to make a difference.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of creative production, technology, innovation, and scalable systems design. You will be a hands on builder responsible for scouting, testing, implementing, and optimising tools and workflows that power advanced creative outputs across the agency.

You will support one of the UK's biggest advertisers while also contributing to our global innovation ecosystem, bridging R&D and production, turning exploratory ideas into reproducible, deployable solutions.

Your work will help shape the technical infrastructure behind next generation creative production, and you will play a key role in embedding a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research emerging creative, production, and GenAI technologies (e.g., diffusion models, automation platforms, collaboration tools).
  • Run hands on testing, pilots, and proof of concepts to evaluate relevance and usability.
  • Regularly audit existing workflows and tools to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Help implement, manage, and optimise GenAI pipelines including diffusion models, LoRA training, embeddings, and video generation.
  • Oversee end to end deployment of new tools, from experimentation to production ready rollout.
  • Support and maintain GPU infrastructure across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), local machines, and inference environments.
  • Create SOPs, templates, documentation, and workflow standards to ensure reliable, scalable adoption.
  • Lead dataset preparation, training runs, QA, and asset versioning in secure and private environments.
  • Ensure workflows meet production standards for controllability, reproducibility, and ethical data use.
  • Work with cross functional teams to align pipelines with real world production and client needs.
Team Training & Enablement
  • Design and deliver onboarding, training sessions, demos, and "Tech Talks" to upskill internal and client teams.
  • Build and maintain an internal knowledge hub with FAQs, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients-auditing their workflows, recommending suitable tools, and supporting adoption strategies.
  • Participate in pitches and strategic presentations to showcase technical innovation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global innovation hubs to share learnings and evolve cross regional standards.
Operational Excellence & Support
  • Act as a go to contact for tool or pipeline related queries.
  • Monitor tool and workflow performance, gathering feedback to improve usability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • Support vendor negotiations, licence management, and infrastructure utilisation.
Innovation Strategy & Prototyping
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve the creative technology and GenAI roadmap.
  • Lead internal innovation initiatives and exploratory R&D, turning ambiguous briefs into structured, testable prototypes.
  • Build internal tools using no code/low code platforms and lightweight technical frameworks.
Measurement & Reporting
  • Define and track KPIs to measure tool and pipeline impact (e.g., productivity, cost savings, creative quality).
  • Conduct post rollout reviews and user satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
Key Requirements Experience
  • Solid experience in a creative technology, innovation, production, or digital operations role (agency or production environment preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing machine learning or GenAI pipelines.
  • Hands on exposure to both internal and client facing environments.
  • Background in VFX, post production, studio workflows, or 3D (Blender, Unreal) is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency with GenAI tools and frameworks: ComfyUI, HuggingFace, LoRA, embeddings, and diffusion workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and orchestration: AWS, GCP, Lambda, Lightning.ai, or similar.
  • Understanding of production pipeline needs: asset management, versioning, data ethics, and controllability (e.g., control nets).
  • Working knowledge of creative and production tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Frame.io, Notion, Miro.
  • Ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple, actionable guidance.
Mindset & Soft Skills
  • Curious, collaborative, and solutions driven.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and testing multiple approaches rapidly.
  • Strong communicator able to bridge technical and non technical teams.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passionate about emerging technologies, operational rigour, and real world impact.
What You'll Get
  • A central role shaping the future of creative production within a global innovation ecosystem.
  • Direct collaboration with leading experts across AI, production, engineering, and creative disciplines.
  • The opportunity to design and scale next generation tools and pipelines for high profile brands.
  • Access to cutting edge infrastructure, talent, and experimentation environments.
  • A flexible, supportive workplace that encourages exploration, invention, and growth.
Minimum Requirements to apply
  • Solid number of years' experience within a creative, production, innovation, or digital operations role (agency or production environment preferred).
  • Hands on experience implementing or managing tools across creative workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing machine learning or GenAI pipelines.
  • Hands on exposure to both internal and client facing environments.
  • Background in VFX, post production, studio workflows, or 3D (Blender, Unreal) is a plus.
More than just a paycheck

  • A hybrid way of working.
  • Access to on site massages, haircuts and manicures as well as cuddles from furry friends (we're a dog friendly office).
  • Free onsite breakfast, snacks and drinks with regular 'Lounge Nights' in the office rooftop social space.
  • Monthly agency get togethers focused around moment's that matter.
  • Lots of tools to help us grow from SPARK (our internal L&D platform) to LinkedIn Learning, as well as external partnerships with NABS and the IPA.
  • Your birthday off - because who wants to work on their birthday?
  • A Cycle to Work scheme and facilities including showers and hair styling appliances.
  • Discounts with partners such as Eataly, Merlin and cinemas as well as access to independent financial advice.
