Creative Strategy Lead: AI Mental Health Marketing

Slingshot AI, the team behind Ash, is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead to join the marketing team in London (with NYC collaboration). You will own the creative loop from concept to testing, producing assets, and iterating quickly to maximize paid performance.

You'll craft hooks and scripts, coach creators, and drive a test-driven playbook for mental health technology. You will work cross-functionally to scale Ash awareness, with hands-on production using the AI stack, Figma, and CapCut.
