Creative Sous Chef: Menu Innovator & Kitchen Leader

Chartwells Independent, the leading provider of catering and support services to independent schools in the UK, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join on site. You will plan, prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards, manage stock and waste, and work with the leadership team to uphold hygiene and safety on site.

We require City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or an NVQ equivalent, a Food Hygiene certificate, and experience supervising a team.
