Creative Sous Chef: Lead Kitchen & Seasonal Dishes

Fuller's Frog & Wicket is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to cover the Head Chef's absence and lead the kitchen team. You will prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients and bring creative ideas to the menu. You'll drive quality, consistency and fast, friendly service across all shifts.
