Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa in Shropshire is seeking a Commis Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering excellent food preparation and service in a busy kitchen. You will help ensure all dishes meet high standards, follow menu specifications, and contribute to a clean, well-organised work area.

As part of the kitchen team you will assist with stock rotation, menu development support, and maintaining rigorous hygiene and personal hygiene standards on a daily basis.
