About you: You enjoy bringing order to busy creative environments and making sure work flows smoothly. You're confident talking to people across the business and you know how to turn their ideas into clear project requirements. You're organised, calm under pressure and happy switching between different types of creative and video projects. You care about helping teams do their best work and you're always looking for simple ways to improve how things run. Day-to-day, you will: Manage the Asana request process, making sure new creative and video briefs are reviewed, understood and prioritised. Work closely with requestors to confirm what they need, the scope of work and what success looks like. Allocate projects to the right team members based on their skills, capacity and the project requirements. Track progress, spot risks early and make changes to schedules so projects stay on track. Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience using Asana or other project management tools to manage creative workflows. Understanding of design and video production processes. Experience using AI tools to simplify workflows or support communication.
