Creative Director: Shape Contemporary Music & Youth Programming

Roundhouse seeks a Creative Director to lead its artistic vision and programming identity. You will shape a distinctive, commercially ambitious year-round offer with contemporary music at its heart, alongside cross-arts activity and digital work.

Working closely with the Chief Executive and Youth Director, you will champion youth voice and co-creation, balance artistic ambition with financial sustainability, and guide partnerships with artists and organisations.
