Creative Development Consultant

Our purpose, in the Development Solutions team, is to help individuals to use and develop their strengths as well as support organisations to transform their culture and people. Within Cappfinity, we are responsible for leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of all development programmes and development products.

We are seeking to appoint a Creative Development Consultant as a result of our continued expansion. The focus of this role will be to develop and design our learning content across a variety of mediums. These include in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, virtual reality experiences, or online digital products. There will also be a need for client and internal stakeholder management, project planning, and inputting into the Development Solutions team strategy.

Example of Key Responsibilities

CONTENT DESIGN: Instructional design of live workshops, asynchronous modules, virtual reality content, marketing webinars, and engagement campaigns.

DIGITAL LEARNING DESIGN: Create storyboards, videos, animations using e-learning tools.

PORTFOLIO & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Building and designing reusable, agile content and products. Working to align content and format to internal emerging technologies, audience needs, and our growing global territories. E.g., Virtual Reality for development.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Participating in internal and external (client) meetings, content presentations, and upskill sessions.
