Crane Rail Welding Lead - Onsite Supervisor (Port Terminals)

Alatas is seeking an experienced on-site welding lead to perform enclosed MMA butt welds on crane rails at port terminals. You will supervise a small team, ensure qualification adherence, and liaise with clients to maintain rail joint quality and safety.

Role includes preheat control, PWHT, and site planning. Travel availability, willingness to work at height and outdoors in port environments are required, with a valid passport and driving licence.
