• Ensure safe, person-centred care
• Maintain high standards of health and safety
• Uphold regulatory compliance
• Manage and support Deputy Managers and Team Leaders
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and performance management
• Financial Oversight
• Efficiently manage budgets and staffing
• Quality & Collaboration
• Use IT systems for quality assurance and reporting
• Build positive relationships with external agencies
• Drive service referrals and placements
• Lead staff inductions and training
• Foster continuous improvement and personal development
