Flexible Bank Supported Living Worker

Earn £13.45 per hour, we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits.

• Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
• Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
• Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
• Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
• Help customers build independence and prepare for their move on into the community.

• A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care, or willingness to work towards this.
• Passion to support our customers to live their best life, with an eye for detail.
• Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach.
• A flexible, personal approach: listening to customers to understand their needs and recognising that every customer is different.
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally.
• Need a vehicle insured for business purposes (mileage paid).
• Enhanced DBS check, paid by us.
