Flexible Bank Supported Living Worker
Earn £13.45 per hour, we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits

What you'll do- Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans
- Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services
- Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
- Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move on into the community

You have- A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this
- Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail
- Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
- Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach
- A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognising that every customer is different
- Flexible working hours; we pay £50 per sleep in shift
- To get from A to B, you'll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we'll pay your mileage!
- Using technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues
- You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
