Cover Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and resilient individual who will provide strong support and assistance to staff and students across the whole school.

Responsibilities

• Present pre-prepared work to groups of students, normally in the absence of the class teacher.
• Carry out supervisory duties and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and attributes

• Highly organized, focused and able to maintain a calm and friendly approach.
• Demonstrates patience and empathy and excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with students, staff and colleagues.
• Experience of working with young people.
• Ability to work independently and know when to ask for help and support.
