Position: Cover Supervisor Location: Stockport Employment Type: Full Time/Part Time, Mon to Fri 8:30AM to 3:30PM About the School

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Supervising classes during teacher absences
• Ensuring students are completing the work set by SLT/class teachers
• Managing behaviour within the classroom - creating a constructive learning environment
• Supporting the school's high expectations and commitment to individual student progress
• Providing support to students where necessary, including those with SEND needs

Requirements:

• A degree or relevant experience
• A passion for education and working with young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A belief that every student, regardless of background, can achieve their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Cover People UK
