Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:

• Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
• Supervise the completion of work set by the subject lead
• Safeguarding of students

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience working in a school setting or similar experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
