Academics, a specialist education recruitment agency based in Stoke-on-Trent, is recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a daily supply basis across Cheshire East and Staffordshire.
The Role:- Supervise pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Keep students focused, engaged and on task
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently
- Follow school policies and procedures
- Complete a brief handover at the end of the day
This role is perfect if you've worked with young people and enjoy leading groups. We welcome applicants with experience in:
- Sports coaching or youth work
- Drama, art or music workshops
- Summer camps or holiday clubs
- Scouts, Guides or Duke of Edinburgh programmes
- Outdoor education or activity instruction
- Any role involving at least 2 months' experience working with young people
- A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential - we consider all suitable applicants.
- Up to £500 per week (depending on experience and school requirements)
