Cover Supervisor - Middlesbrough

Start Date: After Half-TermLong-Term Temporary Full-Time (5 days per week)

Pay: £100-£150 p/day

A vibrant and inclusive 11-16 mixed secondary school in Middlesbrough is seeking a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to join their team after half-term. The school is currently on a journey of rapid improvement, driven by a highly supportive and ambitious Senior Leadership Team who are committed to raising standards and creating a positive learning environment for all students.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere
• Support pupils from a range of backgrounds and abilities
• Work closely with teaching staff and SLT to maintain high standards across the school
• Provide occasional pastoral support where needed

This is a full-time, long-term temporary role, perfect for someone looking for consistent experience in a secondary school setting.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to engage and motivate secondary-aged learners
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Reliability, resilience, and a proactive attitude
