Are you passionate about education and making a difference in the classroom?
We're looking for confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team and support local schools across Alfreton and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop your skills, and play an active role in helping students succeed.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay engaged and on task

• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour

• Support the wider school community where needed

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Are confident managing a classroom environment

• Are proactive, adaptable, and able to think on their feet

• Have a genuine passion for education and supporting young people

• Ideally have experience in a school or youth setting (not essential)

• Have at least 6 months' experience working in the UK

• Graduates exploring a career in teaching

• Teaching Assistants ready to take the next step

• Individuals with backgrounds in youth work, coaching, mentoring, or community support
