We are recruiting reliable, responsive Cover Supervisors to work across a number of established secondary schools in Solihull. Demand is consistent and growing, with regular morning bookings and the opportunity to be considered for longer-term roles.This desk prioritises speed, professionalism, and reliability.How Morning Supply Works-Schools request cover from 6:00am onwards-Roles are offered and confirmed quickly-Fast response is essential. Delays mean missed work-Most bookings are full school days, Monday to Friday-If you are not comfortable with early morning availability or quick decision-making, this role will not suit you.The Role-Supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher-Maintain classroom behaviour in line with school expectations-No planning or marking requiredWork within a small cluster of Solihull schools-Who We're Looking For-Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting-Confident classroom presence and clear communication-Able to travel reliably within Solihull-Graduates, aspiring teachers, and experienced cover supervisors encouraged to applyWhat's On Offer-Daily rate from £100 minimum, dependent on experience-Regular weekday work in Solihull-Priority consideration for longer-term and ongoing placements-Dedicated support from a specialist secondary consultantAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
