Court Witness Service Team Lead

Victim Support is seeking a Team Leader to coordinate witness support at Portsmouth Magistrates Court. The role is temporary, 22.5 hours per week, with leadership of volunteers and staff to ensure timely, compassionate support for witnesses.

You will oversee daily allocations, data accuracy, and service delivery while maintaining safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches across the court cluster.
